Please - we all drink from this well, and there is little 
precentage in casting rocks.  Their work is fine, and they go 
wayy' beyond the minimum in what they freely release, and how 
they do it.  If it was not for their releases, we would not be 
having this discussion  ;)

- It is worth being precise in these matters.

There was no hint that binary or distribution content change 
(related to TradeMarks, and not related to uses of their 
registered mark for identification or Copyright notices) 
beyond that outlined in their previously posted, and well 
known Mark usage materials was sought.
