how to create mirror

Hi,

How can i created an internal and private mirror form
http://dist.taolinux.org

We would like to update a lot of workstation with yum, but we would like to
use an internal and private mirror site in our site. 

I think i need an autorisation from the server administrator, and I need a
username and password for login.
