Is ftape web site gone?

Hi all,

I have just tried to access the ftape site at

   http://www.math1.rwth-aachen.de/~heine/ftape/

and seems to be no longer available. I also do not see Claus name in

   http://www.math1.rwth-aachen.de/

Anybody has more info on this?
