Is there a faq?

Hi Guys,

Is there a faq for this mailing list? I've just subscribed, can't find a
faq with a google search and don't want to start off asking stuff you guys
have answered a million times (esp. as I am a relative linux newbie and not
yet tried hard to configure my tape drive for linux operation).
