I've problems to compile ftape-4.04a. I've RedHat Linux 7.2, kernel
2.4.7-10 on a i586.
After downloading and decompressing, I use "make" to compile it, but it
gives me lots of warnings and an error.
First of all, I don't know why it gives me this kind of warnings (maybe
it's a problem of the compiler, it's gcc 2.96):
ftape_syms.c:58:1: warning: pasting "(" and "ftape_get_bad_sector_entry"
does not give a valid preprocessing token
ftape_syms.c:59:1: warning: pasting "(" and "ftape_find_end_of_bsm_list"
does not give a valid preprocessing token
ftape_syms.c:61:1: warning: pasting "(" and "ftape_set_state" does not give
a valid preprocessing token
(and so on...)
Then the error:
In file included from ftape-tracing.h:35,
from ftape_syms.c:33:
../lowlevel/ftape-init.h: In function `ft_sigtest':
../lowlevel/ftape-init.h:70: structure has no member named `signal'
../lowlevel/ftape-init.h:71: warning: control reaches end of non-void function
and make stops.
I don't know what to do. If someone can help me, I thank him in advance.
