iTalc in Ubuntu can be installed in the chroot.
You need to copy the public key to the chroot and add an option to
lts.conf so ldm starts it.

The master application will still run on the server but not the x11vnc
part, so if you start a demo it'll only be using local resources.

That requires the script I added to iTalc in the release 1.0.9
(currently in Intrepid and in our PPA for hardy). It should work for
other distros as well.
