chvt already in client chroots?

Hi folks,

Is /usr/bin/chvt already installed in your client chroots?

I'm thinking to use it in /usr/share/ltsp/screen-x-common to switch to 
the VT immediately prior to running X.  Simply a cosmetic change that 
makes startup and shutdown look smoother.
