ldm and tcsh

so, i've got this wonderful user who wants tcsh to work with ldm ...

i've got a 3 line patch for ldm 2.0.6 and it shouldn't be hard to
forward port that to current upstream ...

it basically amounts to pre-pending "env" to our LDM ssh calls.

anything that calls ssh via the tunnel and sets environment variables on
the commandline would also probably have to do so.

and then switching the "kill -1 $PPID" approach to "exec sh kill -1
$PPID" since $PPID isn't available as a variable in tcsh ... although it
would be nicer to fine a cleaner way to handle that anyways.

so, do we want to support (t)csh? how many other shell languages, and
what complications would this introduce?
