well, since we used to work along that spec since over a year we should
track it on that wikipage i suppose ...
i'll add the bits and pieces for the .desktop implementation soon

you were, i'm 100% sure :) but here was a lot of distraction due to us
testing the ebox client in parallel while discussing the spec :)

well, apparently its also my failure to not document it properly enough
since i simply assumed knowledge of the xdg upstream spec and how i.e.
the apps like the alacrate menu editor work (which uses exactly
the .menu overlay concept to en/disable .desktop files per user)
i'll add the missing bits to the spec latest next weekend ...
