ldminfod move to ldm-trunk

I am going ahead later today with moving ldminfod from ltsp-trunk to
ldm-trunk. ldminfod should be installable independently onto any Linux
server without the rest of ltsp-server baggage.

ldm-trunk build in Fedora would spit out the following sub-packages:
ldm (containing the existing ldm client)
ldminfod (containing only ldminfod and xinetd definitions)

Your own distribution may opt to package this differently.

Any objections?
