applied a slightly modified version of the patch, dropping the ~/.ltspvars
handling, and calling rdesktop with "-s Xsession session" rather than just the
plain session, though it doesn't work with xrdp. if that gets fixed, it's
should hopefully work.

so all of the above issues still apply: no sound, localapps or session/language
selection. but at least your diff will be smaller now.
