Increase nbdswapd default SIZE

In /usr/sbin/nbdswapd,
# swapfile size (in MB)
SIZE=${SIZE:-"32"}
And, in ltsp_config,
# try to get swap from the server if we dont have enough ram (less than 48M)
min_ram=49152
I don't think those numbers are appropriate anymore with the new
kernels, xorg and everything.
Would anyone object if we doubled those defaults?
