LTSP logo license problems

the LTSP logo is released under a non-free license:

http://www.disklessworkstations.com/ltsp-logo-license.html

because it doesn't allow derived works, it wouldn't meet the debian free
software guidelines, ubuntu's licensing, the free software foundation
guidelines, or even the open source definition.

as such, we can't really include it in the ldm theme or any other LTSP
related project...
