Yep, same thing would work with bazaar (grabbing + pushing to other
location), only issue is that we need all the branches gone before we
can delete the project on Launchpad.

So just copying them to the ltsp project wouldn't have solved anything
in this case. We need ALL of the MOVED to the "ltsp" project so that the
"ltspfs" porject no longer owns any data whatsoever, then the Launchpad
folks will be happy removing it (as that won't break any link).
