configure_sound_volume

Distro maintainers,

I would like to move our configure_sound_volume function from being
executed in init scripts to being executed in udev. In the distros
that I have checked so far, udev is where the sound card is recognized
and its initial volume set. We should set our lts.conf-driven volume
changes there, too, to avoid race conditions.

I will create a udev rule 88-ltsp-sound and corresponding udev script
for this purpose and disable the configure_sound_volume call in
/etc/init.d/ltsp-client-core unless there are any objections?

Please note that this will create a packaging change which, if not
made, will cause volume setting through lts.conf to break, so it is
important that it is noticed.
