Re: Please help testing Ubuntu's future LTSP

I tried testing 5.2.16+bzr2009-0ubuntu1~ppa3 from your PPA, but it's not 
using the new initramfs-scripts.d system, so I couldn't test any of my 
recent commits.

Also since the RC_WHITELIST removal depended on RM_SYSTEM_SERVICES, and 
the latter is not executed as it's an initramfs-scripts.d script, the 
fat chroot I built is now unbootable, I don't know about thin chroots.

To use the new initramfs-scripts.d system, we either need
  * a newer NBD package with support for the NBDCLIENT environment 
variable (LP #594595) and to let the NBD package mount the root 
filesystem and remove ltsp_nbd completely,
  * or to temporarily remove the overlayfs mounting from 
init-bottom/ltsp as it currently assumes that local-top/nbd is mounting 
the root filesystem, not ltsp_nbd,
  * or to temporarily patch ltsp_nbd so that it calls the 
initramfs-scripts.d scripts itself.

If you can mail me what you prefer to do for Precise, I can try to 
implement that and do some more testing in the weekend.
