A quick look at the list tells me these are from the ldm redesign done
by Revolution Linux and sponsored by NLNet.

So they are all GPLv2+ like the rest of ldm and are:

Right wwm comes from Scotty with changes done by Revolution Linux in
2010-2011 and some changes done by me (on my own time) later on.

For the exact license, it might be best to ask Scotty.
