cdpinger not needed anymore?

When I insert or remove a CDROM disk on my thin clients, I'm getting
udev events like the one attached below. AFAIK cdpinger was developed
because there was lack of such events, maybe now we can drop it?

I'm not very familiar with writing udev rules, so someone else should
probably do it. If so, I can test it.
Also ltspfsd shouldn't be loaded for CDROM devices anymore, only for
CDROM disks.
