Guest accounts

Hi,

I have created guest accounts according to the instructions on these
postings:
- https://sourceforge.net/p/ltsp/mailman/message/27814821/
- https://sourceforge.net/p/ltsp/mailman/message/31967324/

- http://www.m-opensolutions.com/?p=537

I have also created a skeleton guest account that can be used
to customize the guest accounts. The scripts are here:

Hpwever, creating 255 guest accounts seems a bit clumsy to me.
If there is any simpler or smarter solution that I have missed, please
let me know. Any other suggestion is welcome as well.
