Looks reasonable, I'd only suggest adding mailing list to IRC
as recommended media ("IRC or ltsp-developer mailing list")
for e.g. pre-tagging notifications.
Different timezones and workloads sometimes might help a chat
notification to go unnoticed, even if posting here wouldn't then
help get it discussed either.
