Re: ldm: ConsoleKit and Xsession location

I agree with approach #2, and furthermore (bolstered by Andy's
comment) would like to see the distros package an "ltsp-app-server"
package *separate* from "ltsp-server".  "ltsp-app-server" would
contain all of the pieces for a Linux server to be an LTSP-aware app
server, without being a boot server.  Things like:

ldminfod, ltspfs (recommended), ...

Since we do not have one protocol (ala RDP et al) that we push all
functionality thru, the pieces for the app server side should be in
their own package.  Some things that could be on either (such as
ltspswapd, perhaps deserve their own package).
