New problem! We are having problems figuring out why our thin-clients boot successfully to the Ubuntu login screen, but its not a login screen that reflects the LTSP server and the windows managers installed on it (MATE, i3). Instead, when looking at "Select Session" it doesn't show any windows managers and in the bottom right corner, instead of the usual DNS name of the thin-client which is usually "thin211" it shows "ltsp211" which appears to be the dhcp name given to it by dnsmasq. I've tried building a completely fresh client chroot and touched nothing in it and the behavior remains the same. Where should we be looking to make sure that the login screen is the one running essentially from the LTSP server, and not the chroot environment? We're using ubnutu 18.04, LTSP 5.18.04, and using dnsmasq and netplan. I figure there is something with networking possibly?
