Try to add something like `SCREEN_03=shell` or `SCREEN_03=xterm` on
`lts.conf`:
http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/cosmic/man5/lts.conf.5.html#lts.conf%20options%20-%20screen%20scripts
Then you can press Ctrl+Alt+F3 on the client to get a terminal.
From this terminal maybe you can check the logs on the client side.
