By setting NBD_SWAP=True, you're configuring it to use NBD swap in all
cases regardless of RAM capacity.

That is fine. nbd_server checks for the presence of the nbd-server.allow
file by default, but should behave sanely if it's missing.

From a fat client, use open a terminal and run "free -m". If it shows
any swap at all, swap is working.
