Workstations booting with UEFI don't tftp lts.conf

I have 2 types of workstations booting via DHCP and pxelinux.
One uses legacy BIOS pxe booting, the other uses UEFI pxe booting.
Both boot to a workstation login screen, however the UEFI WS does not ask
for the ltp.conf file correctly.

In the BIOS booting WS I see this in the logs:
 in.tftpd[8124]: RRQ from 129.180.101.77 filename /ltsp/amd64/lts.conf

In the UEFI booting WS I see this in the logs:
in.tftpd[8189]: RRQ from 129.180.101.54 filename /tmp/tmp.kQEOEuRP1m
in.tftpd[8189]: sending NAK (1, File not found) to 129.180.101.54

As a result, getltscfg -a on the UEFI booted system returns nothing.

Any ideas what might be wrong here?
