Yes BUT you need to make sure that pfsense does NOT send a boot filename 
nor a rootpath.

/usr/lib/klibc/bin/ipconfig -n enp2s0

on the server, does a fake DHCP request; if you see rootpath/filename 
there, then you cannot use proxyDHCP.

ltsp-config should have automatically configured this.
dnsmasq does show a message like that when it's being installed, but 
when you run ltsp-config, then it runs properly.
