Please use cpubenchmark.net to compare how powerful a client is.
For example if you get a fanless client with i7 8650U which means 8845
score, it's VERY powerful: https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?id=3070

Raspberry: around 100 score
Pentium 4 @2.4 GHz: 228 score
New atom-based computers: 1000-2000 score
A normal i3 7100 desktop PC: 5777

I'd put the "really minimum requirements" to 1000,
and the recommended for desktop-like use with surfing and everything, 
to 3000-5000 score.
