Temp file cleanup

Good afternoon

Could I ask where I could find temp files that I can clean up in the user's
home directories.
My /home is at 97% and I am getting issues during boot - slow loading of
the desktop
On the server I get CIFS VFS: cifs-mount failed w/return code=-6
