Just to remind myself and clarify that this issue is *solved:* On the xfce desktop the 'Application Autostart' list is found in the 'Session and Startup' section of Settings Manager. The 'Blueman Applet (Blueman Bluetooth manager)' appears to be the only app having this issue with the absolute path to the 'guest' account. Many thanks for the guidance!
