Hi Fiorenza,

thank you for the offer to help. The workflow is:

1) ltsp.github.io will move to the final official https://ltsp.org very 
soon, I think within a couple of weeks. This is without the www in 
front. It will still be hosted on github.

2) We can probably keep the old server running for a month or so, until 
we migrate the content.
For this period, www.ltsp.org and wiki.ltsp.org will continue to work.
Then the old server will be retired.

3) The wiki.ltsp.org content needs to be manually moved to 
https://github.com/ltsp/ltsp5/wiki.
We want a git/markdown based wiki, it's a lot easier to maintain than a 
mediawiki/moinmoin wiki.

We do not want to keep running wiki.ltsp.org in a new server; it had 
thousands of spam pages that I had to manually delete because the 
underlying software is ancient and gets hacked easily.

4) I would prefer if the content in www.ltsp.org also moves to 
https://github.com/ltsp/ltsp5/wiki, *unless* some *web developer* wants 
to be the official LTSP website maintainer. I can only spent little time 
for web work, and the result is in https://ltsp.github.io.
I do not want to have to see why "ltsp stories don't run in newer php" 
or why "google maps now needs a credit card for the API use" etc.

So to keep the site alive, we need a web developer, not a VPS.
(I do have a VPS that e.g. irclogs.ltsp.org will be hosted in even after 
the old server goes down; we could host stories.ltsp.org there if we had 
a web developer).


So I think it sums up to:
  * Non web developers: please migrate any content (www.ltsp.org, 
wiki.ltsp.org, UbuntuLTSP wiki) to https://github.com/ltsp/ltsp5/wiki
  * Web developers: mention if you want to become the LTSP website 
maintainer and help with ltsp stories etc.
