Hello,

I hope you are all doing very well today.

I am running LTSP 19.12 using a base installation of Desktop Ubuntu-Mate.
Everything is running very smoothly.

Sometimes I need to help someone to print or talk them through how to do
something on Libre Office, or a client isn't booting, etc. I'm a volunteer
so I'm not at the school during the day. Is there a way I can remote in
and see the way that a thin client does? I already have X2Go set up so I
can open a session on the server no problem. However I am not sure if the
X2Go session is the same as the LTSP client session. Also it doesn't help
when a LTSP client can't boot.

Any recommendations?

Thank you so much,
Joseph
