Try making the 'card' say "10/100 EtherJet CardBus" so that it is an
exact match with the name reported by the card, without the "IBM ".

Or, get the "pcmcia-full-config" file from the add-ons, or the look at
the config file in another distributions /etc/pcmcia/config or wherever,
and see how it is specified there.

It isn't a module issue, it is just a matter of getting the pcmcia config file
right to recognize it.  BTW, this is the right place for this kind of question,
the wiki is more a place to collaboratively build a body of reference knowledge
and resources, this is more for one-time things.
