ElTorito and Roxio

I'm trying to burn a tomsrtbt CD using Roxio CD Creator. I set the
bootable CD type as "Floppy Disk Emulation (2.88MB)" and left the "Load
Segment" as 0x7c0 and "Sector Count" as 1. When I try and boot it
though, it just says "LI" and does nothing else. I've had this problem
on system's I've installed before, but always managed to fix it by
running lilo again.

Can anyone suggest how I can fix this please? I am assuming I need to
change the Load Segment and Sector Count values, but I don't know what
to. As I don't have a CDRW available, or a Linux box, I can't really
afford just to guess.
