eth0 missing ?? Was: Re: cant find module 8139too.o under /lib/modules

I tried on another computer, there is eth0 loaded with ip 1.1.1.1
I wonder why in my computer eth0 doesnt exist, while dmesg show eth0 Realtek 
8139 found and loaded with IRQ=xx

Any idea why this happened ?
