Burning tools

I'd like to implement the burning of cd roms with your distrib :)

I found the cdrecord tool on http://ftp.berlios.de/pub/schily/cdrecord/ a=
nd mkisofs too but i can't make them run with tomsrtbt :(
But TomsRTBT recognizes my burner (as an atapi 24x .. CD-R/RW.. blablabla=
)
What can i do ?
Do you have any tip ?
