[patch 0/1] [lsvpd] Remove generation of debian/changelog

lsvpd is about to be pushed on Ubuntu and having a debian/ directory will make less
sense. What about removing it as it isn't much used ?
In any case, I had to remove the generation of debian/changelog from configure.in
else it would overwrite the one coming from the debian packaging I did and the debian
tools get confused after that.
