[patch 0/1] [ppc64-diag] Fix of menu.h include

On debian /usr/include/ncurses/menu.h does not exist but /usr/include/menu.h does.
Checking on fedora, /usr/include/ncurses/menu.h is a link to /usr/include/menu.h.
So let's use /usr/include/menu.h .
