php mysql on TSL 3.0.5

hello,

I have install TSL 3.0.5 used for webserver, the
packet i have select is

apache-html-2.0.59-1tr
apache-2.0.59-1tr
php-cli-5.2.0-2tr
php-5.1.6-2tr
php-pear-1.4.10-1tr
mysql-libs-4.1.21-1tr
mysql-client-4.1.21-1tr
mysql-4.1.21-1tr
php-mysql-5.1.6-2tr
mysql-shared-4.1.21-1tr
mysql-devel-4.1.21-1tr

And install cacti application on it. 
When i running the poller on cacti, it's generate
error.

PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: mysql: Unable to initialize
module

These options need to match
 in Unknown on line 0
