Do you have specific problems?
I have not tested this exact model, but many other IBM servers. There  
has never been compatibility issues for me as IBM usually have  
somewhat Linux-friendly hardware.

There might be issues with specific addon-components, but that usually  
only requires you to get a driver manually.
