PHP5 downgrade?

I have installed a new TSL 3.0 webserver.
My problem is that I need PHP version 5.1.6 as the new 5.2.0 doesn't work
with the CMS I'm using (a bug in 5.2.0 apparently).

Is it possible to downgrade to 5.1.6 somehow?
I have another TSL 3.0 server with 5.1.6 - could I transfer this PHP
version to my new server? If possible - can I still use SWUP when 5.2.1
comes out?
