community repository needs some loving!

I've updated my e17 packages a couple times now, but they have yet to be
available on the mirrors..

first time was January 2., and then again on January 5.

also, it seems a temporary file has gotten stuck in the trustix-2.2 tree
again;
rsync: send_files failed to open
"/releases/trustix-2.2/iso/.trustix-2.2.i586.iso.lqIWCy" (in trustix):
Permission denied (13)
