Postix-Mysql and virtual domain

Hi List,

I run tsl 2.2 and I have configured Postfix-Mysql Courier with Virtual 
domains and users, but I think there's something wrong in my configuration.
I created the DB and the directory for my virtual users, with 
postfixadmin I created a virtual domain and a virtual administrator and 
a user with its mailbox.
In the DB it saves the new users and mailbox, but it doesn't create 
anything under the directory and I can't send mail.

In "info" and "errors" logs I found these errors:

postfix/smtpd[1486] private/rewrite socket: wanted attribute: transport

postfix/trivial-rewrite[1519] fatal: 
mysql:/etc/postfix/mysql_virtual_alias_maps.cf(0,100): table lookup problem
