PHP eAccelerator

Hi there,
 
is anyone using eAccelerator 0.9.5 with TSL 3.0 and PHP 5.2.1? I
compiled the module without any problems but every request of a .php
file is giving me a Signal 11 (SIGSEGV)  aka segmentation fault.
 
Is there any trick to follow to get it to work?
