One side note: if you plan to use a proxy server maybe you should
disable ip_forward.
Apart from that, it seems that your client connect to the proxy, but
the request isn't handled by squid.
I see that you are using a non standard port (3280), are you sure your
squid ACL is set appropriately?
Try to submit me your squid.conf, in PVT, I see this more a
squid-related question than a TSL-related ;)
