edquota bug?

hi,
can somebody confirm this bug:

root@testhost /# edquota user
edquota: Quota file not found or has wrong format.
edquota: Can't exec /usr/bin/vi

there isn't a vi in this location,

root@testhost /# rpm -ql vim |grep bin
/bin/ex
/bin/rview
/bin/rvim
/bin/vi
/bin/view
/bin/vim
/bin/vimdiff
/bin/vimtutor
/usr/bin/xxd

so if anybody can reproduce this, I'll file a bug.

(TSL 3.0, quota package installed, in my case two filesystems with  
usrquota and grpquota activated.)
