cacti-0.8.6j with TSL 3.0

Hi,
Does anybody has sucessfull story install cacti-0.8.6j with TSL 3.0? My
cacti's installation can not view graph and can not store the rrd files.
Although I have set 777 to rra folder. Many thanks for any response.
