pin 16 is listed as "16-- U5, pin 15 (UART CS#)"

I think this is the only pin described by what it connects to on the 
daughterboard.

What is this pin connected to on the modem card?  Can we define it that way 
instead?

Assuming we can get the flash programming figured out, with this pinout info 
we should be able to interface this bus to something like an 82c55 to do 
general purpose I/O.  Should be able to hang a PIO off an existing chip 
select line for a direct connect, no glue. (take over pin 16 uart CS)
