For selecting between the two possible UARTs on the daughterboard, I would
guess that pin 18 which corresponds to address bit 3 is probably used for that.
 My guess is that address 0x002c0000 starts UART1 and 0x002c0008 starts UART
two.  I would also guess that one or more of the GPIO signals on J5 are used
for the UART interrupt signals.

On a side note, the CX82100 USB interface is only capable of running in slave
mode.  It cannot act as a root hub.  Unfortunately that makes using that port
for expansion purposes very hard.
