Replace the 74HC573 with 74LVT573 or 74LVT574. (same pinout, but 3.3v)

Not really I/O, just O.

This could drive 8 LEDs and be proof of concept.  Code-wise write a byte to 
same address as tty uart.

Anyone want to start wire-wrapping?
