Hi,

You are aware that the source in the kernel tree is for
the "Conexant Boot Loader v0.3", where as the one in the
flash images is v0.9.  There may not be much difference
in the layout of the flash in the different loaders,
but as they are different - there may well be.

Does someone with knowledge of the source of the v0.9
loader, know whether or not it is GPL'd as well, and 
if so can the source be made available.
